Exploring the streets of New York City is one of my favorite things to do. Looking for new discoveries or going to recommended ones, I never stop. This is not a traditional food blog. I don't focus on restaurant reviews, or cooking tips; but I find specific items that you absolutely must try. Whether it be a cranberry donut or the best cappuccino. The focus isn't on the usual, but the cheap, the best, and the hidden.

I am always looking for new places to go! Send me a tweet, or leave me a tip of your favorite place or find in the comments!

I’m a coffee guy; maybe better classified as a coffee fanatic. But there are times when you want nothing more than a cup of tea. Well I’m calling it now, but this could be the next big craze. Frozen yogurt, to cupcakes, and now the tea takeover. Step into the futuristic world of Argo Tea and you’re automatically teleported to a very happy place; from the flat panel t.v. menus, to the unheard of tea creations. I’ve never had such a delicious bubble tea before thanks in part to the de coco jelly pearls that replace the usually flavorless tapioca pearls of others. The menu is really mind boggling, with creations such as the red velvet (red tea, raspberry, white chocolate), and tea sangria (fresh fruits & hibiscus iced tea).

A true tea cafe, found.

Tip: There is free wi-fi

Tip: The bubble tea with coconut flavoring is the best bubble tea flavor

Tip: For a sweet treat, the brownie is the best option (reminiscent of a brownie mix from a box, but satisfying) , and is baked in cafe’s kitchen.

Tip: If you have a cold, they actually have honey lemon tea called the carolina honey, which is nearly impossible to find anywhere else.
