Exploring the streets of New York City is one of my favorite things to do. Looking for new discoveries or going to recommended ones, I never stop. This is not a traditional food blog. I don't focus on restaurant reviews, or cooking tips; but I find specific items that you absolutely must try. Whether it be a cranberry donut or the best cappuccino. The focus isn't on the usual, but the cheap, the best, and the hidden.
I am always looking for new places to go! Send me a tweet, or leave me a tip of your favorite place or find in the comments!

The big question with the opening of pop bar was do we need gelato on a stick? Well my question to that question is, was there ever any other way to eat it? With a spoon, you say? Well that just sounds silly. Remove cup and spoon, insert pop bar; a clever and delicious new way to enjoy gelato, sorbet, or frozen yogurt. There a a few things that make popbar so special and unique. The bars are made fresh daily, right in the PopLab for everyone to see, located just behind the counter. We all eat with our eyes first, right? Well popbar obviously heard that, and they send a buffet feast at your eyes. Rows and rows of the treats fill a large glass case, that is just beautiful to look at. The store has a minimalistic layout but, but it’s a beautiful one. Along with the many flavor options that are presented in front of you, you have the option to dip your bar into dark, milk or white chocolate and add toppings like pistachios, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts. I tried a strawberry pop, opted for the half dip into chocolate, and it was more delicious than even a poet could describe. Only as I was eating it did realize how much of a genius I was for creating a CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY pop. Yea, I did. The pops range from $3-4. Yes each. As in, per pop. It’s extremely expensive, but because of the quality. Hormone free milk is used, along real fruit and no additives. Get one of these frozen treats today.
A frozen treat for the heat, found.
Tip: Definitely create your own, ensuring yours to be freshly dipped.
